Emotional reunion of Sujay after 4 years of separation with his family.
On February 21, 2024, a person named Sujay, suffering from mental illness and was under treatment at the Government Mental Health Center in Calicut, was admitted to Snehalaya Psychosocial Rehabilitation Centre for Men for better care, treatment, and eventual reunion with his family. After receiving care and treatment at Snehalaya, he was transferred to Shraddha in Mumbai to continue the reunion process.
On May 10, 2024, he was reunited with his family in Nadia district, West Bengal. His family and the villagers were very happy to see him after four years. According to his family, his real name is Bijon Mandol. He had been suffering from mental illness and went missing while traveling to Bihar from his native place. The family expressed their gratitude towards Shraddha and Snehalaya for their selfless service.
