Snehalaya Rescues Mentally Disturbed Man, from Montepadavu, Mangalore
In a compassionate rescue effort, Snehalaya responded to a distress call from social activist Ansar anchu regarding a man in distress in Montepadavu, a 38-year-old individual, he was found wandering aimlessly, exhibiting signs of severe mental distress.
Upon arrival, the Snehalaya team assessed his condition and determined that he required mental health intervention. For the identification purposes he was named Raj and With the assistance of healthcare professionals and mental health specialists, Raj was welcomed to the facilities of Snehalaya where he will receive comprehensive treatment and rehabilitation.
The team will continue to provide him with the care and support he needs until he finds solace and stability in his mental health, and find a hope in his reunion efforts.
This collaborative efforts help in addressing mental health challenges within communities especially the ones like Raj who wander aimlessly.
